search through an extensive database containing various educational and professional
offers. Futurepnarm.com is created by the Danish company Synapse-IT. Before accessing
Futurepharm.com you acknowledge that you have read the terms of use and that you
comply with our terms. Futurepharm.com reserves the right to alter these terms of
use without notifying the user. It is the user’s responsibility to keep updated

Some parts of the site are for members only, and all members have affirmed that
they agree with the terms of use. Application for membership to futurepharm.com
can be denied without apparent explanation, and we reserve the right to delete profiles
which are offensive or otherwise irrelevant. Users agree to supply information which
to the best of their knowledge is true. Users may not impersonate themselves as
other persons or create false profiles which contain false information. All information
supplied by the user in the registration process and future during subsequent profile
updates is subject to futurepharm.com’s privacy policy.
During maintenance, technical problems or legal matters the site will be unavailable,
and the administrator can at any time shut down the site without prior notification
to users. We do not guarantee an average availability of the site. It is the user’s
explicit responsibility that he/she has adequate software and hardware to access
the site.
Members will have access to the database, and can add information to their profile.
There is however no guarantee that all the material added will be posted on the
website, and the administrator can without notice delete any irrelevant information.
Members agree not to submit any content which is:

criteria. Site operators can remove any type of material which they deem necessary
for removal. Members are not allowed to use the site for advertising matters or

Users may not redistribute any kind of material from futurepharm.com, or modify
exciting material outside the website. Members agree that site operators get non-exclusive,
royalty-free, non-terminable right to copy, modify, distribute, show in public and
create derivative works in any form, anywhere, from content submitted by members.
Members may become suspended from the site by violating all the terms of use included
in this document and the privacy policy. Site operators are not responsible or liable
in any way for behaviour, conduct or actions of business partners and affiliates.
Futurepharm.com is by no means responsible for any data loss and is not legally
bound to recover any lost data added by the user. Futurepharm.com is not responsible
for any revenue loss experienced by advertising partners.
This agreement is governed by the jurisdiction of Denmark. In the event any part
of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by law, remainder of agreement
shall remain valid and enforceable.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's
domain name and e-mail address (where possible). We collect the domain name and
e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses
